Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service and no shows will also be charged 50% of the service. This is enforced to cover the loss of earnings from your appointment that can’t be filled on short notice. If you are under 15 minutes late, the time will cut into your service and your appointment will still be charged at full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and you will be charged a no-show fee.
If you have pre-paid for your service, (membership, packages, or gift cards), and you reschedule or cancel under 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 fee to cover the loss of earnings from your appointment that can't be filled on such short notice.
